## Summary This pull request turns ADCP.Tools.Primitives into a standalone Alib…re Design add-on and brings the repository in line with the community standards. The add-on now implements IAlibreAddOn directly instead of relying on a host plugin loader. It ships its own Primitives.adc manifest, logo.ico, and entry module, so Alibre loads it on its own. A MenuManager tree drives the ribbon: a Primitives root menu with Box, Cylinder, Sphere, and Cone commands. Each command opens the dialog with its shape preselected. Box and Cylinder extrude a profile along Z from the XY plane. Sphere and Cone revolve a closed profile a full turn around the Y axis. The revolve angle is 2*Pi radians, which is what the raw AlibreX AddRevolvedBoss expects. The repository layout follows STANDARDS.md. Contributor files sit under .github, the root holds only LICENSE, .gitignore, and Directory.Build.props, and source code lives under source. Source files carry XML documentation comments only. The rationale that used to live in inline comments moved to documentation/developer, which .gitignore excludes. ## Type of change - [x] New feature - [x] Refactor or cleanup ## How was it tested I built ADCP.Tools.Primitives with dotnet build in Debug against .NET Framework 4.8.1 and AlibreX 29. The build reports 0 warnings and 0 errors. I loaded the add-on in Alibre Design, opened a Part, and confirmed the ribbon shows the Primitives menu with all four commands and that each command opens the dialog. Live geometry verification for Sphere and Cone with the radians fix is the next step in Alibre. ## Checklist - [x] The solution builds without errors or new warnings. - [x] Source files contain no explanatory prose comments, only XML documentation comments. - [x] No trailing whitespace and no more than one consecutive blank line anywhere. - [x] New folders that are empty contain a `.gitkeep`. - [x] The README in `.github/` reflects any change to what a clone receives. ## Note for the reviewer PrimitivesPlugin.vb stays in the tree but is excluded from the build. It holds the old host-plugin entry point. Tell me if you want it removed rather than kept as reference.

I review and test the addon before merging pull requests.
